The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder comes in three sizes and is fitted to the PARENT. Small is for parents from 70 to 120 pounds. Medium is for parents from 110 to 180 pounds. Large is for parents from 140 to 250 pounds. Each size is in available in a variety of different colors and patterns.
